Ralf – Needs one special move

Note 1: Ralf’s Dynamite Punch is his anti-air move, but the weak version is almost useless. Also the strong version should act a little faster since it is an anti-air move.
Note 2: The Galactica Phantom DM should have a bigger range and Ralf should be invulnerable to almost all enemy attacks during the execution (see the clip below):



Special move suggested:
-Galactica Phantom also as a special move. It should look and act exactly as the present version of the DM but with less damage.
