Note: Robert’s Hien Shippuu Ryuujin Kyaku should look exactly as when executed too far from the adversary or not close enough: a single, cannon like, hit! Also his Hien Shippuu Kyaku has the biggest range in the game (from one corner of the screen to the other). It should be adjusted to a more moderate range so that it won't create a disproportion in the game.
